Special Holiday Experience At Gillette Hospital
Recently, Time Into Pixels Photography and Photo Booth received a client request for a photo opt at the Gillette Hospital for the children residing. We teamed up with BeEvents to make the day special. We are happy to say that the event was exciting and memorable with our live printing. For the children who spent their holiday at the hospital, our client wanted them to feel included in the holiday spirit and to have fun!
To create this event, we set up and decorated an area and invited special guests to spend time with the children. Twin players and Mascot were able to come and the kids had the chance to take a beautiful 5×7 photo with a player.
Live Printing With Perks
After each child took their photo, they received a 5×7 print. This large sized print makes it the perfect choice for the holidays. In addition, they are smudge and water resistant free. Another few perks to live printing is including a hashtag for Instagram or Twitter. After the event, you can download and share your images in an online gallery.
Metallic Paper
At this particular event, the images were printed on our luxury metallic paper, which gave the images a beautiful and unique finish. Metallic photo paper produces a striking in-depth effect to the quality of the photographs. It is a wonderful paper to use for an event that you want to make memorable. Once the image was taken, we inserted it into a custom photo folder, for each child to take home. These small touches brought the experience to a whole new level.

This October, we took part in the Fraser Annual Benefit at Hilton Minneapolis. The event was hosted by U.S Bank to raise money to make a difference in the lives of families with children and adults with special needs, and it was an honor for us to be included and provide our photo booth stand. We were pleased to provide a photo booth rental for this wonderful event!
Fit For a Gala
This year, the event featured a Venetian masquerade theme with lavish flairs and dramatic decorations. We had two photo booth stands available, one in the VIP area and the other in a pre-function area. The fabulous backdrops for both booths were fit for a gala. The guests entered to be greeted by a violinist situated above an arch they could walk beneath. Enticing Entertainment entertained the guests and served champagne from a chandelier.
The Event
The benefit was a massive success as well and raised over $600,000 for life-changing Fraser services for children, adults, and caregivers of people with special needs. The beautiful decorations and entertainment made the night feel like a fabulous party and everyone was dressed in their best for the night out. Our photo booths gave them a chance to keep the memory of how good they looked and all the fun they had throughout the night.
Our Booths
The client decided on our beautiful rose gold photo booth backdrop for the VIP area, and the white mermaid backdrop for the pre-function area. The guests were able to receive a 4×6 print of their session in our photo booth stand, as well as immediately receive their digital images by email. Both booths were a huge success during the event and we had lines in both areas throughout the night, and they prove that our photo booths aren’t just for weddings or informal parties. They can also be a classy addition to a formal event where entertainment and fun are important and appropriate.

Early this November, we flew from Minneapolis to New York City to spend four days at the Javits Convention Center working for an expo before the NYC Marathon. This is the largest running exhibition in the country and we were so excited to partner with the four-year sponsor of the marathon, TCS. Our photo booths were built directly into their expo booth.
Our Booths
We brought two open style photo booths that were a part of the expo booth. We also added six printers and six digital sharing stations for people to email pictures and GIFs to themselves. Attendees were coming to the expo to pick up their race number and explore different running gear, health products, and services before the race. Since our booth was included in the marathon sponsor’s, it was the main photo booth of the expo. We had a busy few days – about 12,500 people attended the expo over the course of a few days!
Once the runners picked up their race numbers, they walked into the expo space and the first thing they saw was our booth. They were able to take photos next to the NYC background and take home photo strips as well as send a digital copy to their emails.
The Race
On the day of the race, we moved to Central Park in a VIP lounge for runners located in Tavern on the Green, an iconic national historic landmark. Our booth was right at the entrance so that runners who had a pass to the VIP area were able to take their photos next to a TCS branded backdrop. Runners with medals and props took photos and celebrate finishing the marathon.
These types of custom photo ops allow for seamless branding in special events and parties. We love working with brands to make a positive impression and help people form memories and bring home beautiful and fun photos from their events.
