That was the case with our photot activation at Target Field, where we were able to help our clients show their employees a good time and simultaneously promote their brand with photoactivation.
Event at Target Field
This annual event for our client provides a fun and festive atmosphere for their employees who’re enjoying it as an annual company event. The entire stadium is reserved for guests to enjoy as they help themselves to food, drinks, and family-friendly activities. There are bounce houses for kids, hot chocolate and coffee, and several photo ops. This year we had three photo activation stations, each with its own unique twist and brand awareness potential.
The first was using the stadium as a backdrop with a sign that read “Welcome To The Target Field.” The simplest of the three, but it gave guests a good opportunity to share where they’d been. The 2nd booth was even more exciting. As guests posed, we were able to project them onto the stadium’s massive jumbotron screen and photograph their images from afar. This was particularly exciting for the children and baseball fans present, who could relish their images on the screen and share the moment with family and friends afterward. Finally, our 3rd booth was located in the Bat and Barrel restaurant. This one featured a branded Boomerang kiosk, further enhancing the visual reach of their brand. Each of the three kiosks featured logos and branding from all our clients, putting their images alongside those of our guests while a good time was had by all.

For this particular 80s themed event at the PNA Hall in Northeast, the client opted for our open style photo booth with photo strips (they have more of an old school feel!) with our 80s lava backdrop. It all was tied together with a template that supports the theme. The images from this party turned out amazing – with 3 photos snapped, guests had the opportunity to have their creativity run wild.

When Pepsi throws a party, you expect it to be big. During March Madness, the night before the final game, Pepsi flew in its employees and organized a large, luxurious party at the Aria. The celebration included delicious food, great music and, of course, some open style photo booth fun! The hall was filled with elegant decor that perfectly juxtaposed with the industrial feel of the brick walls and exposed pipes.
Because Pepsi chose to use our Open Style Photo Booth, we didn’t compete with the decor. Instead, we fit right in with the open, airy feel of the venue and their customized background complemented the color scheme of the event.
Pepsi wanted their photo booth rental to include a single, 4×6 print with a white background and company branding. To keep it fun and light, we added some props and GIFS that guests were able to play with.
The open style photo booth was perfect for this event because:
1. It allows for up to 17 people to be in the photo which is great for a large group.
2. It is more interactive because even those guests who are not in the photo can see the people who are participating.

Here at Time Into Pixel Photography and Photo Booth, we are always looking to build our portfolio. We don’t let quirky ideas or photos that are rather difficult to render get in the way of us trying to form lasting relationships with new clients, so when we got the opportunity to do a unique creative photo activation we were more than happy to take up the challenge such as this vibrant larger than life creative photo activation in Minneapolis.
Vibrant Larger than Life Creative Photo Activation In Minneapolis
The idea for this unique photographic experience manifested with the help of the brilliant minds at Metro Connections, who aim to create the most satisfactory experiences at all of their events and conferences. This time, they were working with the leading global biotechnology company known as Novozymes. Novozymes, who are extremely passionate about using enzymes to enhance everyday products people use on a regular basis like laundry detergent, was interested in pursuing a “laundry room” theme for their creative photoactivation at the Muse Event Center, a prestigious location for events taking place in Minneapolis.
To create the rendered results, the planners at Metro Connections constructed large-scale beige furniture and juxtaposed it against vivid clothes and props. Novozymes requested that the people being photographed appear to be at different distances from the camera, so we utilized tables of varying sizes and took photos at multiple angles in order to create optical illusions and establish realism in the photos.
Although a new challenge for us, we were excited to be able to expand our catalog of work and the end results coincided with Novozymes’s vision. They left satisfied with their pictures which were striking and engaging, capturing fun individuals who were laughing and smiling. The photos also were very bright and playful thanks to the brilliant colors of the clothes and props utilized throughout the photoactivation. These colors helped to create unique focal-points for viewers so they will be drawn into the pictures automatically.
