When Pepsi throws a party, you expect it to be big. During March Madness, the night before the final game, Pepsi flew in its employees and organized a large, luxurious party at the Aria. The celebration included delicious food, great music and, of course, some photo booth fun! The hall was filled with elegant decor that perfectly juxtaposed with the industrial feel of the brick walls and exposed pipes.
Because Pepsi chose to use our Open Style Photo Booth, we didn’t compete with the decor. Instead, we fit right in with the open, airy feel of the venue and their customized background complemented the color scheme of the event.
Pepsi wanted their photo booth rental to include a single, 4×6 print with a white background and company branding. To keep it fun and light, we added some props and GIFS that guests were able to play with.
The open style photo booth was perfect for this event because:
1. It allows for up to 17 people to be in the photo which is great for a large group.
2. It is more interactive because even those guests who are not in the photo can see the people who are participating.
3. The background can be fully customized for each event to include logos and branding.
4. The pictures are printed instantly so that your attendants can take a memory of the party home with them.
5. Guests can share the images immediately to social media and this digital sharing aspect not only elevates the experience of the event, but it also increases brand awareness for the hosting company.

Here at Time Into Pixel Photography and Photo Booth, we are always looking to build our portfolio. We don’t let quirky ideas or photos that are rather difficult to render get in the way of us trying to form lasting relationships with new clients, so when we got the opportunity to do a unique creative photo activation we were more than happy to take up the challenge.
The idea for this unique photographic experience manifested with the help of the brilliant minds at Metro Connections, who aim to create the most satisfactory experiences at all of their events and conferences. This time, they were working with the leading global biotechnology company known as Novozymes. Novozymes, who are extremely passionate about using enzymes to enhance everyday products people use on a regular basis like laundry detergent, was interested in pursuing a “laundry room” theme for their creative photoactivation at the Muse Event Center, a prestigious location for events taking place in Minneapolis.
To create the rendered results, the planners at Metro Connections constructed large-scale beige furniture and juxtaposed it against vivid clothes and props. Novozymes requested that the people being photographed appear to be at different distances from the camera, so we utilized tables of varying sizes and took photos at multiple angles in order to create optical illusions and establish realism in the photos.
Although a new challenge for us, we were excited to be able to expand our catalog of work and the end results coincided with Novozymes’s vision. They left satisfied with their pictures which were striking and engaging, capturing fun individuals who were laughing and smiling. The photos also were very bright and playful thanks to the brilliant colors of the clothes and props utilized throughout the photoactivation. These colors helped to create unique focal-points for viewers so they will be drawn into the pictures automatically.

This event party for Minnesota based, Atmosphere Commercial Interiors was a smashing success! It was fabulously planned. We handled the corporate event photography, photo booth, and live hashtag printer.
If you aren’t familiar with the live hashtag printer, it is one of our coolest services. We print your hashtagged Instagram photos in real time. Yep, immediately after you post them. It’s a great way to encourage guest participation – they get a tangible memento from the post and you get a social media buzz. We call that #twobirdswithonestone and #winning!
Atmosphere Commercial Interiors went all out with branding the event. They had everything match – from the colors of their balloon installations to the amazing matching cookies favor, to the graphic on the photo prints (of course). It was really well decorated!
We especially loved the custom balloon photo booth backdrop! Balloons are really making a comeback and we especially love them for corporate events.
We had two kinds of prints available- the hashtag photo print is a single image with the profile name listed at the top and the 3 image strip. We used the same branded graphics for each.
