Fire and Ice themed Event

But don’t just take our word for it. Let us tell you about a recent Fire and Ice themed event we planned at The Hutton House, in partnership with AV for YOU, Festivities, Enticing Entertainment, Angelic Photography, D’Amico Catering, Ice Occasion, and Do Good Events.

As guests arrived, they were greeted by fire dancers and a branded ice sculpture in the parking lot. Inside, they enjoyed delicious food, champagne, and, of course, our open style photo booth. To tie everything together, the client added a custom-themed backdrop that we created specifically for the event. The results were stunning, and it was just one more detail that made the night truly unforgettable.

Photo Activation at Target Field

Photography can be an exceptional tool for brands and corporations in more ways than you might expect. With the right setup and some creativity, it can serve the dual purpose of providing entertainment and spreading brand awareness. That was the case with our photot activation at Target Field, where we were able to help our clients show their employees a good time and simultaneously promote their brand with photoactivation.

Event at Target Field

This annual event for our client provides a fun and festive atmosphere for their employees who’re enjoying it as an annual company event. The entire stadium is reserved for guests to enjoy as they help themselves to food, drinks, and family-friendly activities. There are bounce houses for kids, hot chocolate and coffee, and several photo ops. This year we had three photo activation stations, each with its own unique twist and brand awareness potential.

The first was using the stadium as a backdrop with a sign that read “Welcome To The Target Field.” The simplest of the three, but it gave guests a good opportunity to share where they’d been. The 2nd booth was even more exciting. As guests posed, we were able to project them onto the stadium’s massive jumbotron screen and photograph their images from afar. This was particularly exciting for the children and baseball fans present, who could relish their images on the screen and share the moment with family and friends afterward. Finally, our 3rd booth was located in the Bat and Barrel restaurant. This one featured a branded Boomerang kiosk, further enhancing the visual reach of their brand. Each of the three kiosks featured logos and branding from all our clients, putting their images alongside those of our guests while a good time was had by all.

We met Kara and Brian when they were planning their winter wedding at Aria and they opted for our open style booth for their wedding. While they had to reschedule their special day due to the global pandemic, when they finally were able to get married, they were surrounded by their family and friends and it was nothing short of perfect. Their special day was cozy and warm while it snowed outside as well. Decorated with dark floral (thanks to Lilia Flower Boutique) and candles, this wedding was simply dreamy! We matched the photo booth to the style Kara and Brian selected for their wedding too. The dark-colored template matched their florals and the gold backdrop gave it a glam, upscale feel. The couple added props to make this the most ultimate and fun experience for their guests. They also opted for a photo booth guest book so they can look back at all of the images and signatures by their loved ones and guests.

This winter Interlachen Country Club photo booth rental was one for the books! We absolutely love holiday events for their coziness and festiveness and this party was just that. The hosts of the event opted for our open style photo booth with GIFs and added some holiday props as well as the glam gold backdrop to make the experience fun and engaging. They also chose larger 4x6 prints to tie everything together. We also include a photo booth expert in each of our rental packages who helps guests and make sure they have a smooth, engaging experience. The day of the party was cold and snowy, but the group gathered at the Interlachen Country Club had the best time and enjoyed taking photos in our open style photo booth.
