For Saturday weddings from May through October, book 6 to 9 months out. A 25% non-refundable retainer locks in your date, the balance is due 14 days before the wedding, and the retainer can transfer to a new date within 12 months if plans change.
At the venue, plan for a 10 by 10 foot space with 8 feet of ceiling clearance and a standard outlet within 25 feet. We carry $1M general liability insurance and send a Certificate of Insurance to your venue at no charge.
