Time Into Pixels SMS Program Terms
Program name: Time Into Pixels Operational Staff Alerts & Support Messaging.
Who we message: Time Into Pixels only sends text messages to its own employees and contracted event staff, and replies to people who text our support number first. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text numbers that have not contacted us or provided consent in writing.
What we send: photo booth online/offline status alerts, event assignment and location details, setup and teardown reminders, and troubleshooting replies to inbound support texts.
Consent
Staff consent is collected during onboarding. Each staff member completes a staff information and acknowledgment form (paper and digital) that includes their mobile number and the following signed statement:
“I agree to receive operational text messages from Time Into Pixels at the mobile number provided, including booth status alerts, event assignments, and schedule reminders. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Privacy policy: tipbooth.com/privacy”
Consent is never a condition of employment or of any purchase. Signed consent records are retained by Time Into Pixels and are available on request. Guests and customers may also start a conversation by texting our support number; we reply only to numbers that have messaged us first.
Message frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to operate this messaging program. Time Into Pixels does not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS/text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
