Time Into Pixels Operational Staff Alerts & Support Messaging.

Who We Message

Time Into Pixels only sends text messages to its own employees and contracted event staff who have opted in on our SMS Opt-In form. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text numbers that have not opted in.

What We Send

Photo booth online/offline status alerts, event assignment and location details, setup and teardown reminders, and troubleshooting replies to inbound support texts.

Consent

Texting is optional and is never a condition of employment or of any purchase. Staff and crew opt in only by completing the online form at tipbooth.com/sms-opt-in (name, mobile number, and an optional consent box that is unchecked by default). The consent statement next to the box reads: "I agree to receive operational text messages from Time Into Pixels at the mobile number above, including event assignments, schedule and setup reminders, booth status alerts, and replies to my support texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms." A screenshot of the form is shown on that page. Submitting without checking the box does not sign anyone up.

After opting in, the confirmation text reads: "Time Into Pixels: you are opted in to operational staff texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Opt-in records (date, time, number, and consent wording) are kept by Time Into Pixels.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email info@timeintopixels.com.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only to operate this messaging program. Time Into Pixels does not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS/text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
