Machine Shop Minneapolis Photo Booth

The weather outside was frightful, but the holiday party was so delightful!  We spend the majority of our time among the company of our co-workers, an average of 34.5 hours per week.  But when it comes to holiday festivities, family members and co-workers get together to generate memories that will last a lifetime.  No corporate event would be complete without Time Into Pixels Photography and Photo Booth present to capture the most memorable moments.

 

Set the Scene

 

Inside the Machine Shop, a historic Pillsbury A-Mill has been revamped into a modern, luxury venue.  At Machine Shop’s latest corporate event, Time Into Pixels Photo Booth came prepared to feature a gold and black template over a white backdrop and custom props.  Our design was specific to corporate themes, to generate a custom photo experience for celebrant employees.  We not only immersed ourselves into the venue, but we accentuated corporate details so when co-workers posed together for a lasting image, they also captured the spirit of the corporation.

 

Co-workers popped into the photo booth to experience a tasteful, carefree photo shoot.  We know our colleagues well enough to bear all for a few memorable moments of fun.  Time Into Pixels Photo Booth coordinated with this corporation to generate an expressive scene.  We provided prop signs, upscale sunglasses, mustaches on a stick, and lips on a stick.  When employees entered the photo booth, they gave their favorite “#BOSS” an everlasting kiss with lips on a stick.  Employees pointed to co-workers and said he or she “Needs a Vacation.”  Time Into Pixels Photo Booths provided instant prints with the company’s logo.

Photo Booth Rental in Minneapolis: An NYC NYE at the Hewing Hotel

New Year’s Eve is one of Time Into Pixel’s favorite holidays! The excitement, the glamour, and the champagne make for some of the best parties of the year. The New Year’s Eve celebration at the Hewing Hotel was one of those memorable holiday parties with our photo booth rental in Minneapolis.

 

The Party of the Year

 

The event was New York City-themed and cleverly called The Minnie-Apple. All the guests were dressed to the nines, and the looked great! There were iconic images of New York all around the place. Each table was decorated to look like a classic yellow taxi and a miniature Lady Liberty was there to oversee the whole event. The cover included free drinks and free food all night! There was also amazing music and performances by Enticing Entertainment. It could not have been more fun!

The Venue

 

The Hewing Hotel is a fantastic venue in the North Loop neighborhood. The beautiful lobby and ballroom were the perfect glamorous setting for this event. The hotel boasts gorgeous rooms, a delicious restaurant, and lots of meeting and event spaces.

The organizers choose to use our traditional photo booth. The guests had a blast posing for the camera. We picked super fun New Years- themed props for the guests to choose from. We used signs with cute sayings on them like “See you at the gym… next year!” and, of course, glasses of champagne! We also designed a photo strip. It was also colored yellow to look like a New York taxi and showed off our love for all things New York. Guests got to let loose and be silly in front of the camera. It’s a really fun and no-fuss way to get amazing photos. We do all the setup and tear down, so the organizers can just focus on just doing their thing.

Photography with Live Printing at Aria Minneapolis

We take great pride in our local Minneapolis community for a number of reasons, but one at the top of our list is that we are home to the elegant, chic and nationally awarded Aria. Located in the historic Minneapolis North Loop, Aria showcases the perfect blend of old world architecture and modern style with its impressive 30-foot ceilings, stunning crystal chandeliers, and the timeless beauty of exposed brick. We always get a thrill of excitement when we get the chance to bring our photography services there. We have seen this venue transform into extravagant weddings, sophisticated corporate gatherings, and more recently, into a rock n’ roll music hall that had everyone channeling their inner rock star.

 

From the delectable hors-d’oeuvres to the rock band playing on stage to the rain of confetti closing out the night, BeEvents had all of the details of the evening impeccably planned. In this particular instance, the tighter framing used with our photo booths would not have done justice to their sprawling stage and head-to-toe costumes and props, so rather than choose our standard photo booth rental, they opted for our photography package with live printing. Throughout the night, guests grouped together on the stage to form their own rock band recreations, complete with 80’s big hair, leather jackets, electric guitars and other essentials signature to the rocker swagger. Once we captured each group striking their best album cover pose, our immediate live printing and social media sharing options ensured that their friends both near and far would get the chance to view their group’s cover-worthy photo.

Minnesota Events, Unmask Opioid Addiction | Mpls Photo Booth

We recently provided the photo booth at an event called Unmask Opioid Addiction at The Westin Edina Galleria.

Unmask Opioid Addiction was “a night dedicated to the partners and supporters of the Steve Rummler Hope Network.”

The goal of this event was to raise funds to continue our critical mission of saving lives.

“Over the last six years in America, opioid overdose deaths have increased from roughly 15,000 deaths per year to 33,000. There was a 12 percent increase in opioid involved deaths from 2015 to 2016 in Minnesota. The greatest number of opioid-involved deaths continues to be due to commonly prescribed opioids; accounting for over 50 percent of all opioid overdose deaths in Minnesota.”

Unmask opioid addiction was the first ever masquerade gala [Steve Rummler Hope Network]. They were joined by special guests, influencers, and the recovery community.

The Steve Rummler Hope Network has the following goals:

Healthcare professionals who are educated in and practice responsible prescribing and who provide treatment focused on wellness rather than drugs.

A public that wants action to end the epidemic of addiction and overdose deaths.

An environment that empowers those affected by addiction to seek the help and support they need without shame or judgment.”
