We have seen this venue transform into extravagant weddings, sophisticated corporate gatherings, and more recently, into a rock n’ roll music hall that had everyone channeling their inner rock star. From the delectable hors-d’oeuvres to the rock band playing on stage to the rain of confetti closing out the night, BeEvents had all of the details of the evening impeccably planned. In this particular instance, the tighter framing used with our photo booths would not have done justice to their sprawling stage and head-to-toe costumes and props, so rather than choose our standard photo booth rental, they opted for our photography package with live printing. Throughout the night, guests grouped together on the stage to form their own rock band recreations, complete with 80’s big hair, leather jackets, electric guitars and other essentials signature to the rocker swagger. Once we captured each group striking their best album cover pose, our immediate live printing and social media sharing options ensured that their friends both near and far would get the chance to view their group’s cover-worthy photo.

Photo Booth Rental At The Unmask Opioid Addiction Gala
We recently provided the open style photo booth rental at an event called Unmask Opioid Addiction at The Westin Edina Galleria. Unmask Opioid Addiction was “a night dedicated to the partners and supporters of the Steve Rummler Hope Network.” The goal of this event was to raise funds to continue our critical mission of saving lives. The client opted for 2×6 prints and props that complimented the theme of the event.
“Over the last six years in America, opioid overdose deaths have increased from roughly 15,000 deaths per year to 33,000. There was a 12 percent increase in opioid-involved deaths from 2015 to 2016 in Minnesota. The greatest number of opioid-involved deaths continues to be due to commonly prescribed opioids; accounting for over 50 percent of all opioid overdose deaths in Minnesota.”
Unmask opioid addiction was the first-ever masquerade gala [Steve Rummler Hope Network]. They were joined by special guests, influencers, and the recovery community.
The Steve Rummler Hope Network has the following goals:
Healthcare professionals who are educated in and practice responsible prescribing and who provide treatment focused on wellness rather than drugs.
A public that wants action to end the epidemic of addiction and overdose deaths.
An environment that empowers those affected by addiction to seek the help and support they need without shame or judgment.”

We had an awesome time providing our MN photo booth rental at Geilfest, hosted by Travail Restaurant in Robbinsdale, MN! This annual Octoberfest event is “a smorgasbord of German-inspired brews and Travailian eats” with a Polka Band to boot! With 12 brews and more than 13 Octoberfest-inspired menu items, it’s definitely a memorable party! Adding a branded photo booth to an event when people are dressed up and having fun is beneficial for brands – it lets brands connect with their customers in an authentic, memorable way. After all, those photos will be saved for years and will be a constant reminder of the good time that was had.

It’s really high energy and a truly awesome event. We love watching the sausage eating and beer drinking contest and all the people wearing German costumes. The small unlimited traditional
Travail food courses are delicious and our photo booth is a big hit. All in all, it’s a must on your calendar every year!
We love that Travail chose the horizontal photo strip for their
open style photo booth! It’s a great option for someone who wants something a little different, modern but still multiple photos. This type of print quickly became our favorite as well. Sarah + Tyler’s wedding was held at one of our ALL-TIME favorite wedding venues in Minnesota, Aria Minneapolis. It’s such a cool, chic space that is amazingly unique. We may have a slight obsession, actually and every time we have a chance to do our Minnesota photo booth there we always look forward to it!

The couple opted for a strip with an ombre effect and floral & gold confetti accents for their Minnesota photo booth rental. It was a really pretty design and worked great for their summer wedding. We love when couples have us customize photo strips, event backdrop and/or props! We also provided a guest book so at the end of the night, they got a keepsake signed by their guests that they can look back at years from now.

Minneapolis Photo Booth
The client provided their own custom props for their
open style photo booth including the hammer, reflective jackets, and hard hats. We threw in a few of our favorites and a good time was had by all.
One of our top tips for personalizing your photo booth (if you aren’t interested in customizations) is to do just what this client did. Bring a few of your own props and have us use a backdrop that matches your brand color.
For this event, they also selected a three photo strip, which we added their logos to the top, and the logo for the event, a 20-year business anniversary celebration, at the bottom.
