We recently had the pleasure of providing corporate photo booth rental Mn for Comcast’s yearly awards, the Xfinity 2018 Kickoff event. With one call, Comcast had all the photography for the event handled–and we had a blast providing it! The Lumber Exchange Event Center was transformed into terrific awards and casino night. We here at Time Into Pixels were on hand to capture every minute of the fun, and the instant souvenirs of a photo booth made sure it was a night that wouldn’t be forgotten.

It was an absolute pleasure to be chosen by Comcast to capture their event. Awards were presented, photos were taken, and a delicious dinner was enjoyed by all (with donuts!). We provided a photo booth with a speedy printing process, branded with the event logo. Our sharing kiosk made it a snap to forward the images to the attendees’ emails so they didn’t have to worry about carrying them around all night.

 

In addition to the photo booth provided, we also performed the event photography duties for Comcast. Without having to worry about capturing images for the company website or newsletter, everyone at the event was able to relax and enjoy themselves, and there was plenty to do at the event! The casino tables were the perfect backdrop for the cocktail hour, and attendees got to enter a raffle, resulting in one lucky employee taking home a Caribbean vacation! With so much excitement, it was critical for us to quickly process and deliver the event photos.

Corporate Event Photo Booth Rental For Atmosphere Commercial Interiors

This event party for Minnesota-based, Atmosphere Commercial Interiors was a smashing success! It was fabulously planned. We provided our corporate event photo booth, event photography, and live hashtag printer for this party.

If you aren’t familiar with the open style photo booth, it is one of our coolest and most popular services that’s completely customizable.  There is a lot of ways to make this type of photo op unique and custom backdrops are one of them. It’s a great way to encourage guest participation – the guests get a tangible memento from the event. Many will post the images on their social media and your brand gets some buzz. We branded 2×6 photo strips from our open style booth with the client’s logo that complimented the backdrop and created a cohesive print for each guest.

Atmosphere Commercial  Interiors went all out with branding the event. They had everything match – from the colors of their balloon installations to the amazing matching cookies favor, to the graphic on the photo prints (of course). It was really well decorated and cohesive! Our event photographer captured the fun and all of the beautiful thoughtful details as well.
We especially loved the custom balloon photo booth backdrop! Balloons are really making a comeback and we especially love them for corporate events.

Another super fun corporate event with our Minneapolis photo booth is in the books! This gathering was for Alliance Bank and Stonebridge Capital.  Do Good Events (who we love) handled all the planning.
The client provided their own custom props for their open style photo booth including the hammer, reflective jackets, and hard hats. We threw in a few of our favorites and a good time was had by all.
One of our top tips for personalizing your photo booth (if you aren’t interested in customizations) is to do just what this client did. Bring a few of your own props and have us use a backdrop that matches your brand color.
For this event, they also selected a three photo strip, which we added their logos to the top, and the logo for the event, a 20-year business anniversary celebration,  at the bottom.

Minneapolis Photo Booth | Kentucky Derby Event for Betty Dangers

We’re really lucky to have awesome clients that know how to host a really fun event and add our Minneapolis photo booth to it! And this Kentucky Derby event for Betty Dangers was one of those.

We used a branded backdrop and had some sassy props with our open style booth. But the best props were the hats! Some of the guests had the coolest hats and everyone was dressed really well too. It made for some great images. Having large images for this event is really beneficial since people are dressed up, so larger photos capture the outfits really well.
Here is some amazing history about The Kentucky Derby, from their website:
“There are few American sporting events with the history and popularity of the Kentucky Derby. It’s rich traditions – sipping a mint julep, donning a beautiful hat, and joining fellow race fans in singing “My Old Kentucky Home” – transcend the Kentucky Derby from just a sporting event, making it a celebration of southern culture and a true icon of Americana. The Kentucky Derby is the longest running sporting event in the United States, dating back to 1875.  The race is often referred to as “The Run for the Roses®” and has continuously produced “the most exciting two minutes in sports”; uninterrupted, even when coinciding with profound historical events like The Great Depression and World Wars I & II.

The Kentucky Derby’s long history began in 1872, when Meriwether Lewis Clark, the grandson of William Clark – of the famed pair Lewis and Clark – traveled to Europe. While there, Clark attended the Epsom Derby in England, a well-known horse race run since 1780, and also fraternized with the French Jockey Club, a group that developed another popular horse race, the Grand Prix de Paris Longchamps. Clark was inspired by his travels and experiences, and, upon his return, was determined to create a spectacle horse racing event in the States. With the help of his uncle’s John & Henry Churchill, who gifted Clark the necessary land to develop a racetrack, and by formally organizing a group of local race fans to be named the Louisville Jockey Club, Clark and his new club raised funds to build a permanent racetrack in Louisville, Kentucky. On May 17th, 1875, the racetrack opened its gates and the Louisville Jockey Club sponsored the very first Kentucky Derby. A total of fifteen three-year-old Thoroughbred horses raced one and a half miles in front of a cheering crowd of approximately 10,000 spectators. Aristides was the first winner of the Kentucky Derby.”

We had a blast doing this corporate event photo booth rental for Fluid interiors. It was a super fun upscale event with personalization galore!
