Event Photographer at a Luxurious Event in California
Our most recent experience traveling out of state for an event was to Dana Point, California, where we attended a 4-day event hosted at the beautiful top-of-the-line luxurious Monarch Beach Resort. This resort is conveniently located right by the beach with breathtaking views throughout. With our event photographer, we were able to capture all of the special moments at this beautiful event.
Catering to Our Client’s Every Need
This event was a great success! Each day we had an event photographer capturing all of the special activities including glam kayaking, sports fishing, and sailing. We even took some amazing photographs at the beautiful Mission San Juan Capistrano. We also took formal photos of couples at the event, had them printed and framed overnight, and delivered the framed photos the very next morning directly to their hotel room! To top it off, we incorporated our fun photo booths for 2 of the nights. We made every effort to effectively collaborate with our event planner partners, MetroConnections, who incorporated a stylish event logo on the photo strips and made the event space look gorgeous.

All eyes were on our community in Minneapolis this year as we prepared to host the 52nd Annual Super Bowl. Here at Time Into Pixels Photography, we were thrilled to play a part in the week’s celebration, specifically as red carpet photography Minneapolis photographers at the Superb Owl Event, held two days prior to the big game. Perfectly planned by Festivities and hosted at the breathtaking venue Windows On Minnesota, this event offered an opportunity for guests to share their love of America’s favorite sport and raise money for various charities at the same time.

You wouldn’t have seen our typical open style photo booth at this event. Instead, our client pulled out all the stops by providing their guests with our red carpet photography package. As guests arrived at the glamorous 50th floor of the IDS Center, they were immediately whisked away to our formal portrait setup, complete with a red carpet style backdrop featuring the names of the event hosts, Winspire and Athletes First. These red carpet formals are a great way to create lasting memories for each guest while providing the client with advertising at the same time! That evening was no exception, as our immediate printing capabilities allowed excited guests to show off their celebrity-style images to their friends, either in print or via social media platforms.
Since we were also the event photographer for the evening, our client knew we would be documenting each moment with the class and style it deserved. From the delicious hors-d’oeuvres and open bar to the awe-inspiring view overlooking downtown Minneapolis and US Bank Stadium, our roaming photographer was there to capture it all. And of course, the story of the evening wouldn’t be complete without photos of the guests mingling with NFL Viking players Kyle Rudolph, Harrison Smith, Trae Waynes, Michael Floyd, Everson Griffen, Anthony Barr, and Kai Forbath.

We recently had the pleasure of providing corporate photo booth rental Mn for Comcast’s yearly awards, the Xfinity 2018 Kickoff event. With one call, Comcast had all the photography for the event handled–and we had a blast providing it! The Lumber Exchange Event Center was transformed into terrific awards and casino night. We here at Time Into Pixels were on hand to capture every minute of the fun, and the instant souvenirs of a photo booth made sure it was a night that wouldn’t be forgotten.

It was an absolute pleasure to be chosen by Comcast to capture their event. Awards were presented, photos were taken, and a delicious dinner was enjoyed by all (with donuts!). We provided a photo booth with a speedy printing process, branded with the event logo. Our sharing kiosk made it a snap to forward the images to the attendees’ emails so they didn’t have to worry about carrying them around all night.
In addition to the photo booth provided, we also performed the event photography duties for Comcast. Without having to worry about capturing images for the company website or newsletter, everyone at the event was able to relax and enjoy themselves, and there was plenty to do at the event! The casino tables were the perfect backdrop for the cocktail hour, and attendees got to enter a raffle, resulting in one lucky employee taking home a Caribbean vacation! With so much excitement, it was critical for us to quickly process and deliver the event photos.

Much like our regular open style photo booth this setup comes with photography, instant prints with your logo or design on each photo, standard or custom/branded backdrop but also allows us to capture guests from head to toe providing that desirable red carpet experience at formal events. Some events require a fun photo booth and some need that formal upscale feel. If you are looking for a second one, this service would fit your event perfectly. Our services come with a photographer and a kiosk – once the photographer captures guests on the red carpet they are able to print the images immediately. We also have an option to text photos directly from the kiosk and collect data if our clients need this option.
