Photo mosaic wall rental · Minneapolis
One photo at a time.
One giant picture.
Every guest photo becomes a tile in one big image that fills in live as your event goes on. By the last hour the whole room is looking at something they built together.
ScrollEvery photo is a tile.
Every tile has a home.
This is a real wall: 560 guest photos from NMDP Unite, on the same 40 by 14 grid. Print a tile, tap a square, or fill the whole thing.
Snap. Print. Stick.
The tile prints with its square number. Our team places it, and every guest becomes part of the picture.
Tap any empty square to print its tile. Hover a placed tile to see the guest photo.
How it builds
Watch it come alive.
Our on site team runs the whole thing, so nobody on your side is managing uploads, printing or tiles.
1Pick the master image
Your logo, a couple portrait or campaign art. This teacup design became the picture the tiles formed.
Every photo becomes a tile
Photos come from the booth, a roaming photographer or guest phone uploads. Each one prints on site as a numbered sticker.
We place it, it fills in
Our team matches each sticker to its square, and square by square the art appears out of real guest faces.
4You keep the art
We hand off the high resolution final file, plus the printed board if you want it on a wall.
Finished walls
Built by the guests.
Logos, couples and campaign art, each one made from the photos taken that night.

Before / AfterSignature concept
The before and after wall
We pre-print the board with a vintage photo and a numbered grid. As the night goes on, guest photos turn it into a modern photo of the same place.
Union Depot used it for its 100th anniversary: the historic depot on the board at the start, today's depot built by guests at the end.
Digital wall add-on
The same mosaic, live on a big screen
Every photo drops onto the screen the moment it is taken, and the logo sharpens as the room fills in. No printing, no board, so it works on stages, in lobbies and in tight spaces.
Run it on its own or pair it with a printed wall so guests can watch the build from anywhere in the room.
Sizing and options
From three feet to a whole wall.
Go as large as you want. We plan the grid with you so it fits your space and your event.
3 by 3 feet and up
Start small or scale to a full room divider. We can go as large as you want.
Any master image
Your logo, a couple portrait or artwork. Anything high resolution becomes the big picture.
Any photo source
An open style booth, the glam booth, a roaming photographer or guest phone uploads.
Fully attended
Our team prints the tiles, places every one on the board and runs the build all event.
Printed board
Real numbered sticker tiles on a board. Guests love spotting their own face, and the finished piece goes home with you.
Digital wall add-on
Add a big screen version that fills in live as photos come in. Great for stages, lobbies and tight spaces.

Photo mosaic wall questions
What is a photo mosaic wall?
It is one large image, like your logo or a couple portrait, made from hundreds of guest photos. Each photo becomes a small tile, and together the tiles form the big picture. It fills in live during the event.
How many photos does a mosaic need?
It depends on how big you go. A typical event wall fills in over a few hours of booth traffic, and we plan the grid with you so it fits your space and your timeline.
Digital or physical?
The printed board with numbered sticker tiles is the classic, placed by our team as photos print. A big screen version that fills in live is available as an add-on.
Do you provide the photos?
Usually yes, paired with an open style photo booth or the glam photo booth. We can also pull from a roaming photographer or guest phone uploads.
Can it be branded?
Completely. Master image, tile borders, overlays and signage. It is a favorite for brand activations and fundraisers.
What do we get after the event?
The high resolution final mosaic file, every guest photo in an online gallery, and the printed board if you had one.
