What is a boomerang booth?
It records a short burst of video and plays it forward and backward on a loop. Think of the Instagram effect, run through a professional camera and lighting.
What is the difference between a boomerang and a GIF?
A boomerang is one quick burst of motion that plays forward, then back, on repeat. A GIF stitches a few separate poses into a stop motion loop. Both are digital and both come from the same booth.
Does someone stay with the booth?
Boomerang is usually a drop-off rental. We deliver it, set it up and show you how it works, and it runs for up to 6 hours. If you would like someone on site the whole time, add an attendant.
Do guests get prints?
Boomerangs are digital. If you want prints in the same room, add an open style photo booth.
Can we brand it?
Yes. Overlays, start screens, digital props and a wrapped booth are all available, which makes it a favorite for brand activations.
How do guests get their loops?
Right at the booth, by text or email in seconds. Every loop from the night is also collected in an online gallery after the event.
