Celebrating Local Heroes
Time Into Pixels had the chance to help honor our local first responders by participating in a private event at the Mall of America Nickelodeon Experience! It was such a fun event! The attendees got to have the whole park to themselves. It was an amazing opportunity for first responders and their families to let loose and have fun. We can’t think of a better way to celebrate our local heroes!
iPad Photo Booth
Our iPad station was the perfect choice for this event. Our friends at Girl Friday Creative built a beautiful backdrop for attendees to pose in front of. With the iPad, people have the option of either taking regular still photos orBoomerangs. Boomerangs are a few second long clips that play on a loop. They are perfect for posting on Instagram or other social media sites. They’re a really fun way to get creative with different poses, movements, and props.
The iPad photo booth is great for casual or busy events because it is so simple. We’re in charge of setting it up and managing it through the event, so our clients don’t have to worry. This type of photo booth doesn’t require as much space as some of our other options, so it works really well in small venues. Instead of printing the photos, participants can email or text it to themselves. That way, they could share it to their personal social media or print it out themselves however they wanted. This lets attendees decide what they want to do with their photos; it also saves us the hassle of bringing a printer so we can pass those savings onto the client.
Our favorite part of the iPad photo booth was the branding! We designed a custom frame to put on the bottom of each picture with information about the event. That way, every participant’s friends and followers could see where they were taken and learn more about the amazing things that the Mall of America has to offer. It was a really easy way to get lots of publicity for the event.

Weddings are special occasions that should be remembered and treasured forever. Here at Time Into Pixels, we love providing open style photo booth rentals in MN that reflect the bride and groom’s style and captures perfect moments from the happiest day of their lives.
For a recent wedding, we provided a photo booth rental at the Graduate Minneapolis. The venue was elegant and spacious, perfect for this beautiful wedding. The bride had a particular vision for her wedding and wanted to ensure that the photo booth would fit in nicely. Since our photo booths are easily customizable, the bride was able to have the backdrop exactly how she wanted it. Created by Festivities, the backdrop was made out of white, flowing curtains. Hung on the curtains were crescent-shaped and circular arrangements of beautiful greenery, which matched the wedding’s theme perfectly.
The bride, groom, and guests were able to grab fun props, such as hats, oversized sunglasses, cards with funny sayings, and much more! This gave them the opportunity to take fun photos that showcased their colorful personalities! And, since we provide open-style photo booths, they were able to pack plenty of friends and family into each photo.
To get the most out of the photo booth, the bride and groom opted to upgrade from the 2×6 photo strips (similar to what you would get out of a traditional photo booth) to 4×6 photos. One of the benefits of the 4×6 photos is that there are more template options. The bride and groom took advantage of this by choosing their favorite template, which gave them and their guests a fun way to remember the special night.

Though we provide photo booth rentals for occasions of any size, it is always exciting when we to get to join in the frenzy and fun of an event hosting over 3500 people! Recently, we had the privilege of bringing our services to the thousands of people who participated in the Beautycounter 2018 Leadership Summit, held at The Armory in our beloved home city of Minneapolis.
Each backdrop for the event was a custom-made creation from event production and design house Maven and added just the right flair for this special occasion. Two of the backdrops utilized solid white backgrounds with balloon letter messages, while the other two were fresh floral walls. Each of the backdrops highlighted some of the Beautycounter themes, such as “Be Counter”, “Beauty Should Be Good For You”, “No Secrets Added”, and lastly, the company title “Beautycounter.”
With so many consultants participating in the event (and due to having photo booth areas in multiple areas of the venue), our cameras were constantly clicking, capturing the enthusiasm of the guests for the entire five hours that we were there!
For the hosting company, these photo booths were a great way to spread excitement at the event, as well as act as a marketing tool to spread awareness of their brand. First, each person who participated in one of the four photo booths received an instant print of their images to keep as a souvenir from the Leadership Summit. These images showcased a collage of pictures from their session, as well as the Beautycounter title and event name. Also, thanks to our social media station, each guest could instantly share these collage prints with their friends and acquaintances on a variety of social media platforms.
This Summit was a prime example of how our photo booth rentals can assist any event in capturing the joy of its guests and providing a great source of entertainment, all while promoting a brand both during and after the event’s conclusion.
