We recently had the wonderful opportunity to be at a gathering of Rising Tide Society Retreat with our digital photo booth in Minneapolis. We had a ton of fun! The Rising Tide Society is an inspiring community of creatives and small business owners who gather locally each month. They share strategies, support one another, and provide feedback and advice to each other using their own experiences. Their motto is “Community Over Competition” and they are all about support within their local business communities. It’s truly an inspiring group of people! We were honored to be able to help them have a little fun at their Minneapolis event.
The event itself was held at Paikka in St. Anthony Park, a beautiful and open venue with a modern industrial vibe. Jessica Wonders planned the event and we attended on the second day with our digital photo booth.

Our digital photo booth is sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any company event or wedding. It takes standard still photos as well as boomerangs and GIFs and allows you to share them all instantly via SMS and/or email. One of our favorite events to help with is weddings! Each couple has their own unique dream for their special day, and it is such a pleasure to help make these dreams a reality. Recently, we set up an open-air photo booth at the wedding of our clients, Ashley and Michael.
Michael and Ashley’s Reception
Ashley and Michael settled on an open-air style photo booth – their wedding, which is our modern take on the classic mall photo booth. It was a really great way to capture the events. With a photo booth, the guests get to have fun and be silly in front of the camera. Our open air photo booths are totally customizable. We have lots of cool props to choose from that guests can play within the photos, like giant glasses, hats, or cut out speech bubbles with funny phrases. Each client also gets a custom design for the prints, including the couple’s name and wedding date. However, the star of Ashley and Michael’s photo booth was really the backdrop.
The amazing florists at Sodenberg’s Floral and Gift made the backdrop out of dozens and dozens of white roses! It was gorgeous and fit the stylish formal wedding perfectly. The same roses were used for the centerpieces and head table garland. The whole place smelled amazing. Our photo booths can be really fun and relaxed but they can also be formal. This backdrop added a touch of class and taste to it. We love getting to be creative and finding designs that fit our client’s vision exactly.
A’Bulae
The wedding took place at the stunning A’Bulae event center in St. Paul. A’Bulae is a spacious, stunning venue with lots of awesome features designed specifically for weddings. They have various beautiful spaces that could fit any type of wedding ceremony or reception. They also have specialized services, like suites for the bride and groom, excellent catering, and even a refrigerated storage room for floral arrangements.

This past August, we at Time Into Pixels were delighted to be a part of H&R’s wedding day with our open style photo booth. The event was held in the backyard of their gorgeous private estate within a white tent. The dazzling array of floral arrangements and overhanging greenery from Sadies Couture Floral really enhanced the overall beauty of the event. The fauna-related theme designed by Sally Berry and Co made the whole place seem that much more alive and conformed brilliantly with the well-manicured natural setting.
Our Open Style Photo Booth
For their special day, R and H opted to use our open style photo booth. The selected white backdrop matched perfectly with the canopy overhanging the event itself, and the 4×6 prints fit seamlessly into the theme with three exquisitely cute pictures. The bride and groom posed beautifully together for these pictures, creating the perfect image to represent their union and preserve its memory for years to come. It was our delight to provide them with this experience and do our part to contribute to the event as they intended it to be.
A Seamless Wedding Theme
Everything from this event blended together magnificently to create an experience the bride and groom couldn’t forget. The silver and gold table settings interspaced between the stunning fauna arrangements made it seem like more like an ornate royal garden. Our photo booth fit in perfectly, offering a regal white template handpicked to match the natural majesty of the occasion. We’re proud to have provided H and R with a setting that flowed seamlessly into the theme they chose. Our delight is in allowing clients to select the perfect style for whatever their needs may be.

One of the best parts of working in the photo booth industry is the opportunity we have to form relationships and friendships with new clients every day. When we were asked to bring our photo booth rental to a recent wedding between Shabnam and Muhammadali, we were brought together with one of the kindest couples and families we’ve had the privilege of working with at Time Into Pixels.
Wedding Photo Booth Rental at St. Paul’s Landmark Center
This three-day wedding was such a unique and beautiful event to participate in, as it showcased traditional Easter African/Indian traditions. Each day, the stunning bride arrived at the event in a new customary dress, a complete encapsulation of their culture and background. The first day held the pre-wedding henna ceremony, while the second day featured the wedding ceremony itself. For the third day, the weddings parties were ready for a fun reception to celebrate the special newlyweds, and as part of that day’s festivities, they decided to use our open style photo booth to add energy and entertainment to the day.
In keeping with the red and gold linen colors at the reception, provided by Ultimate Events, the couple selected our sparkling gold backdrop for their open style photo booth and a deep red border with a gold font for the photo strips. Guests were invited to form groups, select a prop (such as oversized glasses or dollar bills, signs, and comical hats), and put on their best smiles for the camera. Not only did the experience create lasting memories for friends and family of the newlyweds, but the instant photo strips each participant received of their three images also acted as a fantastic souvenir from the celebration.
The venue for this sweet couple’s wedding was St. Paul’s historic Landmark Center, a cultural center for a plethora of events ranging from music to dance to exhibitions to weddings. With its remarkable turrets, gables, and towers, and the 5-story open courtyard inside, it was a spectacular site for this special occasion. In addition to the exceptional venue, the couple treated the guests with delicious Indian/Easter African food and chai, catered by Roseville’s India Palace, and delectable cakes from The Copper Hen for dessert.
