Our most recent experience traveling out of state for an event was to Dana Point, California, where we attended a 4-day event hosted at the beautiful top-of-the-line luxurious Monarch Beach Resort. This resort is conveniently located right by the beach with breathtaking views throughout. With our event photographer, we were able to capture all of the special moments at this beautiful event.

This event was a great success! Each day we had an event photographer capturing all of the special activities including glam kayaking, sports fishing, and sailing. We even took some amazing photographs at the beautiful Mission San Juan Capistrano. We also took formal photos of couples at the event, had them printed and framed overnight, and delivered the framed photos the very next morning directly to their hotel room! To top it off, we incorporated our fun photo booths for 2 of the nights. We made every effort to effectively collaborate with our event planner partners, MetroConnections, who incorporated a stylish event logo on the photo strips and made the event space look gorgeous.

Recently, we had the opportunity to do an open-air photo booth rental in Minneapolis at the 2019 VISION conference, hosted at the beautiful Mystic Lake Center in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

When working with our customers, our overall goal is to make them happy; we want to be the cherry on top at any given event we have the honor to participate in. The VISION conference this year was 80s themed, giving us the chance to incorporate a fun backdrop and props that the party-goers could pose with.
This four-day conference, attended by professionals from financial, government, and education institutions, is centered on security in the financial and information technology sector. Business and IT innovators from all around the world attended this event, so we wanted to make sure we could make the event memorable. Since the conference was 80s themed, we incorporated a fun purple backdrop to enhance the overall look of the conference. We also included the logo used for the VISION conference on the photo prints along with a quote relating to the subject of the conference. We even incorporated some fun 80s themed props that people could pose with in the photos! This included some fun neon sunglasses, fake mustaches, and 80s signs.

“Are you sure that we are awake? It seems to me that yet we sleep, we dream.” As quoted in William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer’s Night Dream.” This was the theme for an exclusive, upscale event that was held recently at the Aria MPLS, a venue that provides old-world elegance combined with new-world chic. When the client, Chad Hudson Events on behalf of HBO and AT&T, reached out to us, their request was both simple and intriguing. Their client wanted an open style photo booth that would support the party’s theme, “A Midsummer’s Night Dream”. The event would be held during the HITEC conference. We were very excited that they chose our photo station rental in Minneapolis to help turn a dream into a reality.
Creating a Dream
ARIA is a place where dreams are made and this event would be no different. We were thrilled that our newest client wanted our photo station rental Minneapolis to create the illusion that would only be enhanced by the entertainment that would be provided for their exclusive guest list. In order to stay true to the theme, they requested a custom backdrop be made from fresh moss. This backdrop would compliment people who would be dressed as fairs, trees, butterflies, and other “characters”.
It took a ton of fresh floral to transform this industrial venue into a “dream place” but they succeeded and then we enhanced it with our photo booth. In fact, the photographs were so beautiful with their mossy backdrop, that we did 4×6 prints that would show off how impressive it was. We also added a text sharing option so that guests could share it on social media.
As a part of the text-sharing option that we provided, a couple of logos were added to the bottom of each picture. These logos were for AT&T and #HBOatHITEC. The logos did not take away the beauty of the photographs at all. In fact, it served only to enhance them. As an added bonus, it increased brand awareness for all the people involved in making it happen.
The purpose of a photo booth is primarily to allow people to have fun. This backdrop allowed them to have photos of themselves in a new, exceptional place that they may have never seen before. For a moment in time, thanks to HBO at HITEC and AT&T, this place was a dream and all of their friends on social media platforms would see it.

We had a lot of fun working with our client, Meet Minneapolis, on the Prince-themed party. Prince is a Minnesota icon, and it was essential to get all of the details right in order to celebrate this pop legend. Our custom photo booth included props like an electric guitar and purple rain clouds. We also provided signs with that read “You’re filthy cute,” and “Dearly beloved”. The photos were further customized with a purple border, another homage to the late rock star.
